Melina Lodge

Executive Director

Melina Lodge has served as the Executive Director of the Housing Network of Rhode Island since 2015. She also directs HNRI’s affiliated nonprofit the Community Housing Land Trust of Rhode Island (CHLT-RI). She is responsible for working with HNRI’s membership and allied organizations to develop and advance HNRI’s policy agenda center on expanding the supply of low and moderate income homes. Prior to her work with HNRI, Melina held positions at RIHousing and the WARM Center. Melina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s in Community Planning from the University of Rhode Island. She serves on several housing related boards and commissions including RIHousing Neighborhood Opportunities Advisory Committee and Homeowner Assistance Fund Advisory Committee, the State of Rhode Island Housing Resources Commission (Vice Chair),  LISC-RI Neighborhood Development Fund Advisory Committee, the Special Legislative Commission to Study Housing Affordability, and the State of Rhode Island Cannabis Control Commission Advisory Board.
