Eartha Cruz

Director of Human Resources & Organizational Culture

As Director of Human Resources & Organizational Culture at National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB), Dr. Eartha Cruz oversees the administration and management of employee relations, recruiting, professional development, and performance management. In addition, Eartha contributes to NALCAB’s positive organizational culture through her commitment to employee success through staff skill building and support of DEI initiatives to uphold NALCAB as a great place to work. 

Most recently, Eartha has taken on the development and implementation of NALCAB’s new Latino Executive Advancement and Development (LEAD) Fellowship which launched in March 2023. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Eartha holds a PhD in Business Management with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University, a Master in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
